About MTJG

Your grades matter, but your growth matters too.

Helping undergraduates become their better selves and maximize their potential to the fullest.

Who we are

More than grades. Growth that matters.

More Than Just Grades (MTJG) is an organisation passionate about raising undergraduates who are impact-driven, academically sound and value-oriented, students who desire more than just achieving good grades or a first class.

We focus on helping students build themselves into purposeful, disciplined, and impactful individuals, capable of shining their light and harnessing their full potential even in their academics.

Our aim is to impact undergraduates with the right knowledge, exposure, and opportunities that will help them live intentionally, discover their purpose, and grow into value-driven leaders while still in school.

Our Vision

To raise global leaders by building a network of students who excel not only in grades but also in character, leadership and value creation, making a lasting difference in their spheres of influence.

Our Mission

To help undergraduates discover, develop and maximize their potential while in school by promoting impact and value, hosting practical learning sessions, providing mentorship, and connecting students with graduates and professionals.

Monthly Webinars

We gather undergraduates once a month, every third Wednesday, to share free knowledge, practical insights and real-life experiences from graduates who have walked the path and undergraduates currently walking the path others aspire to follow. Each webinar features a guest speaker addressing a specific theme, followed by a brief Q&A session.

MTJG Mentorship Programme

The MTJG Mentorship Program is a paid four-week structured journey designed to help undergraduates practically harness and maximize their potential as students.
